In the event your health insurance provider refuses to pay for your emergency care, we recommend filing a grievance with the Texas Department of Insurance. In the event your health condition requires an overnight hospital stay, Express ER would be happy to arrange a transfer to the most appropriate local hospital that can provide the emergency care you need.
